Heart Trails Day and Neighborhood Night at Wiles Hill Community Center

BOPARC (Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners) and the Mon River Trails Conservancy are partnering for a full day of love for the rail-trails!

Enjoy making fused glass trees and linocut valentines at Studio 287, tasting Eureka Cafe treats, watching From Rails to Trails, the PBS documentary on the rail-trail movement, and nurturing your health with talks with a doctor. Your valentine creations will be used to help spread the love for the rail-trails and will be displayed at the WV Outdoor Economy Summit and Outdoor Recreation Day at the Capitol later in February. The fused glass trees will be on loan for the month of February. You can either donate them or arrange pick up in March.

Registration is not required, but the art activities will be limited to 16 people per session.

Join us for part or all of the day! See the full event schedule here.
